If you disagree with a group plan or effort, say so. Explain the problem you see but also suggest a practical alternative. Don't leave everyone heading towards a mistake just because speaking up feels awkward. You don't need to shout louder than anyone else. Make your point clearly, then show how your idea could work. Highlighting a problem and then shutting up doesn't help anyone now.
